Fees
Our fee includes the conference itself, conference souvenir and gifts, lodging and meals, and insurance. Additional bus transfers, and others are not included. Discounted rates are available for returning delegates and students of Cheongshim International Academy.
All costs noted are per delegate. If the cost hinders your ability to attend, please contact us to discuss your options further. We encourage delegation advisors to stay at our venue and support their students, and if this is the case, advisors will also be charged lodging fees.
All fees should be transferred via wire transfer to our school account. All bank charges are the responsibility of advisors/delegates. Tax invoices will be available upon request.

The Standard conference fee is
$500 per delegate
$350 per advisor
The fee includes:
1. Conference fee itself
2. Lodging on the night of the 28th, 29th
3. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the 28th and 29th
4. Breakfast and lunch on the 30th
5. Souvenirs and gifts

1. RS pre-conference tour- January 27th: includes meals (dinner), transportation, tour fees
2. RS post-conference tour- January 30th: includes meals (dinner), transportation, tour fees
3. Pickup from ICN airport (around 9~10pm on January 27th)
4. Drop-off at ICN airport #1 (4pm on January 30th)
5. Drop-off at ICN airport #2 (9~10am on January 31st)
6. Dinner on the 30th & Breakfast on the 31st
7. Lodging on the night of the 30th (charged per room)

Refund Policy
All Delegates:
Full refund: for cancellations prior to January 1st 2026.
2/3 Refund: for cancellation prior to January 20th 2026.
1/2 Refund: for cancellation prior to January 28th 2026.
*No Refund: for cancellation from December 28th 2026
