Venue
Our conference will be held at a medium-capacity conference center featuring state-of-the-art technology and facilities. The center is located in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province, and is a 10-minute drive away from Cheongshim International Academy, nearby Cheongshim International Medical Center, about a 1-2 hour drive away from Seoul.

Accommodation
On-site accommodation will be provided for every delegate, inclusive of the conference fee. International Delegations will be housed in rooms of three to five. Do note our facility entails “안방마루,” the Korean floor-based room plans. Bed-type rooms are available at request. For a detailed description of the accommodation, refer to the facility’s website.

Transportation Options

Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers from Incheon and Gimpo are available for foreign schools at a fee. The conference venue is approximately a 1.5-2 hour drive from the airport. Additionally, busing to other destinations can also be arranged.

To/From Korea

Schools are required to make their travel arrangements to Korea. The Two international airports in Gimpo and Incheon serve the greater Seoul Metropolitan area. Incheon Airport is the Asia Pacific’s major hub airport, serving daily flights to nearly 105 cities worldwide.
