Arrivals
Schools should arrive on the 27th or 28th. For those taking flights arriving in the AM of January 27th, we have partnered with the RS committee in our school to provide optional Korea Adventure Tours before and after the conference. (Details TBA)
For schools arranging their own transportation, please plan on arriving at the venue by 10:00am on January 28th at the latest. The opening ceremony will start at 10:30.
Departure
Schools may depart after the closing ceremony at 15:30 on Day 3. Airport transfers will be available on the 30th and 31st.
For schools departing on the 31st, lodging and meals will be provided at extra price. We also offer optional tours to Seoul on the 30th (Check RS Korean Tour page for more info)
